Be Fit with Bella: Personalized Coaching

With my 1:1 coaching, we work one-on-one to reach your specific fat loss, muscle building, and overall health-focused goals. With 1:1 coaching, we discuss your individual goals + struggles in order for me to puzzle piece together your custom workouts, weekly schedule, macros, and habit goals. My custom coaching has limited spots open up each month as I am a 1-woman show and have a cap to how many women I can help at a time. My clients work with me for an average of 12-months, and typically start with a 6-month package. Depending on how many months you want to work with me for, the package pricing changes. That is why we schedule an initial call to discuss your goals, see if you are a good fit for my coaching, and give you all the deets if you want to move forward!

My mission as your future coach…

I help women reclaim their relationship with food and their bodies after overcoming disordered eating, body image struggles, and past traumas that resulted in unhealthy habits.

Through personalized coaching, I guide women away from the cycle of crash diets and quick fixes, helping them understand how to nourish themselves and achieve their weight loss and muscle building goals through strength training and other forms of enjoyable movement. Each & every body is different, which is why my approach to each client changes while my METHODS (that work & have worked with hundreds of clients) stay the same.

  • Custom Workout Plan

    A workout plan specifically tailored to your goals + schedule in order to best fit your lifestyle! Whether that’s 3 days per week, off on Fridays, all at home— whatever works best for YOU!

  • Meal Logging + Tracking

    I will set a daily nutrition goal for you and you will have the ability to log everything you eat! You can also take pictures of each meal for me to view! I will provide a meal plan for you with lots of recipe ideas within your goals.

  • Weekly Check-Ins

    I'll be your accountability partner. Weekly check-ins ensure progress on your journey! This includes progress photos, measurements, and body weight weekly updates! Once you submit your digital check in, I send you video feedback with tips, support, analysis, and more on a weekly basis!

  • Chat Access

    Personal messaging with me, coach Bella, and full app access. I'm here to answer questions, give you feedback on form videos, and make sure you feel supported! My most successful clients are the ones who keep me updated along their journey by keeping me in the loop!

A little bit about me!

Starting in the modeling industry at 16, I was constantly trying to lose weight, eat less, and shrink every measurement of my body. This toxic spiral brought me to an extremely unhealthy state and a place I knew I never want to go back to. My body was depleted, exhausted, and I had a horribly toxic relationship with food. It was in that low point that I made the decision to change my lifestyle and become that girl I have always aspired to be.

My coaching strategy is to not only give you all the tools you need to live a successful, healthy, and balanced life, but to also SHOW you how to use those tools and completely integrate them into your lifestyle. I will teach you how to form balanced habits that will allow your discipline to shine brighter than your motivation. I am here to help you to visualize your highest self so you can start showing up as that person and, of course, find the fun in doing so!

  • Yes, cheese is a huge part of my diet.

  • I have 2 doggies named Revvy & Seger who are my babies! They make WFH a lot less lonely!

  • I am 5’11 and was always that “tall girl” throughout middle school & high school!

  • I graduated college in 3 years with a double major in Marketing & Management with plans to enter the corporate world post-college. Turns out, that wasn’t for me!

  • I grew up super holistic— my mom and dad were “granola” as some call it and engrained into my sister and I why taking care of yourself is so important at a very young age! I’m incredibly thankful for them.

  • I genuinely LOVE what I do and am so lucky to work with so many amazing women through my coaching.
