The 6-Week Program Outline:

  • I walk through why strength training is the BEST WAY to see results for any type of goal and exactly how to go about creating your weekly routine.

    We will build out your monthly calendar, debunk fitness myths you've heard online, and familiarize ourselves with strength training benefits for women.

  • This week will be a lot of unlearning. I will be highlighting fad diets & online trends and WHY they don’t work or won’t last.

    From going over topics like emotional eating, binge eating, and restrictive patterns, to exploring healthier alternatives to your fav sweet and salty swaps in this week!

    We also have our first group call in week 2 to dive deeper into a topic surrounding fitness!

  • In week three, get ready to learn mindful eating practices + say goodbye to emotional eating.

    Featuring a special discussion video with a trauma specialist, we will explore deeper topics like why we form unhealthy habits from an early age that carry into adulthood and how to put an end to them.

  • This week, we address why you need to stop ignoring signs from your body and how to fully understand your hormonal cycle. AKA, the things us women did NOT learn in basic health ED class.

    We also have our 2nd group call in week 4 to discuss a specific concept further in-depth!

  • Enter week five, where you will learn how to balance life’s obstacles and events within your routine. Discussing topics like travel, lack of motivation, social events, alcohol, and more!

    I share my favorite alcoholic beverages to make + buy, a health focused guide to eating out, and more!

  • In this final program week, we will dive into why longevity + sustainability is the most important factor of a fitness routine and why QUICK FIXES will never live up to life-long sustainable solutions.

    We will share our wins, insight, and accomplishments made throughout the 6-week program and finish out with our last group call to wrap up and celebrate!

I’m Bella! 🫱🏼‍🫲🏽 So nice to meet ya!

Beginning my journey in the modeling industry at 16, I relentlessly pursued weight loss, restricting my food intake and striving to shrink every aspect of my body to become “the best model”. Not only did I hate the girl looking back at me in the mirror, but I was forced to compare myself to every other girl next to me at casting calls and modeling gigs. I had photographers constantly assessing my measurements, telling me what my “shape” is, and how I can be more successful as a model based solely on my body. I understand this is the “industry standard”— but at 16 years old, this led me to an unhealthy mental space. (Enter over-exercising, under-eating, and extreme body dismorphia).

This destructive cycle led me to a poor condition both physically and mentally, a place I vowed never to revisit. It was at my lowest spot that I decided to transform my lifestyle and embody the woman I had always dreamed of becoming. It took one big step and then the path became ever so clear to me (Enter metal weights and strength training).

  • My approach and objectives remain consistent across both the BBS program and my 1:1 coaching. In 1:1 coaching, clients benefit from direct access to me, Coach Bella, along with weekly personalized video check-ins. Workout programs are specifically tailored to 1:1 clients schedules, equipment, and goals as well as their custom macros. This level of customization makes the monthly cost nearly double that of the BBS program.

    In Balance Beyond the Scale, clients engage with me through the group chat and participate in three group Zoom calls over the 6-week program. The BBS program includes three workout programs and full meal logging capabilities via the exclusive Trainerize app.

    When choosing between the two services, consider your need for direct support. BBS offers community-based coaching and structured guidance, ideal for those requiring less direct communication. For personalized assistance aligned closely with your goals, 1:1 coaching may be preferable, though availability is limited.

  • Yes! I genuinely think there is not one single person out there who wouldn't benefit from this program.
